热管蒸气压缩复合式基站机房空调的设计与实验研究

【摘要】 针对基站机房等内热源封闭的高热流密度空间换热存在的问题设计并搭建了一套重力型热管蒸气压缩复合式基站机房空调实验设备,介绍了系统的原理和特点,并对其实验研究。与传统基站机房空调相比,采用环保的R410A工质,系统可以在蒸气压缩制冷循环、热管循环和复合系统循环三种工作模式下自由切换,使系统在节能的模式下运行并提高系统的效率。根据实验结果,在室外环境为15℃时,复合系统在35度进风的时候制冷量可以达到18.5kw,能效比达到4.4,25度进风的时候也可以达到14.6kw,能效比达到3.5,系统不仅具有良好的可靠性、节能率在20%~55%之间具有可观的经济效益和市场推广价值。

【Abstract】 Designed and built a heat pipe and vapor compression air conditioner experimental equipment for the base stations and spaces which has heat transfer problems such as internal heat source enclosed and high heat flux,Introduced the principles and characteristics of the system,and its experimental study.Compared with the traditional base station air conditioning,the system use environmentally friendly refrigerant R410 A,the system can freely switch three operating modes:vapor compression refrigeration cycle,the heat pipe refrigeration cycle and complex system circulating,so the base station can run in energy-saving mode and improve efficiency.According to the experimental results,the outdoor environment is about 15℃,the composite system’ s refrigerating capacity can reach to 18.5 kw and the EER reach to 4.4when the inlet wind at 35℃,even the inlet wind at 25℃ the refrigerating capacity can also reach to 14.6 kw and the EER reach to3.5.The system not only has a good reliability,but also the energy-saving rate is between 20%~ 55%with considerable economic benefit and promotion value.
