基于次优解群的冷冻水泵组设计方法及适应性分析

【摘要】 以水泵扬程及流量是否达到管网最不利运行工况作为设计选型的参考依据,是中央空调冷冻水系统水泵组设计存在随意性的根本原因。冷冻水泵组优化设计主要取决于管网流量及控制压差,实际复杂工况可能导致其优化设计方案失效,能效甚至更低。本文针对冷冻水系统,提出次优理论下以全年能耗为评价指标的水泵组型号解群设计方案,由此提高水泵组优化设计方案的稳健性,使之在各种工况下呈现良好的能耗特性。结果表明,此设计方法所得解群中不仅在全年能耗上有优势,同时能够通过改变能耗差控制裕度选择得到容量足够大的解群以满足选型要求。

【Abstract】 Taking whether the head and flow of pumps satisfy the most unfavorable operation condition of pipeline network as the reference of pump type selections is the root cause of the randomness of central airconditioning chilled water system pumps group design.Chilled water pump group optimization design mainly depends on network traffic and the control pressure difference,the actual complex conditions may lead to failure of optimization design scheme,even lower efficiency.Aiming at chilled water system,this paper puts forward a water pump group model solution design in annual energy consumption for evaluation index based on suboptimum theory,thus promoting the stability of water pump group optimization design,which presents well energy-consumption characteristics under various working conditions.The results showed that the design had an advantage on annual energy consumption,at the meantime,by changing the energy consumption difference controlling margin option to get a large enough capacity to meet the selection requirements.
