国内外真空开关管用95%Al2O3陶瓷分析

【摘要】 本文通过对不同工艺和不同化学配方的真空开关管用95%Al2O3陶瓷的显微结构进行分析,来研究化学配方及制备工艺对材料性能的影响。此外,通过对比国内外真空开关管用95%Al2O3陶瓷的显微结构,从配方和工艺两个角度,探讨了真空开关管用95%Al2O3陶瓷制备工艺的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the microstructures of 95% Al2O3 ceramics prepared by different process with different chemical formula were compared and analyzed,and the effect of chemical formula and preparation process on the properties of ceramic materials was studied.Meanwhile,the microstructures of 95% Al2O3 ceramics came from home and abroad were compared and the development trend of the preparation process of 95% Al2O3 ceramics for vacuum switch tubes was discussed.
