X波段连续波速调管的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了X波段连续波速调管的设计过程,包括电子枪、永磁聚焦系统、高频系统和整管性能的设计,并制成整管进行测试,输出功率大于18 kW,效率大于30%,增益大于40 dB。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the design and the results for an X-band continuous wave(CW) Klystron. The electron gun,permanent magnetic focusing system,high frequency performances are calculated by simulation. The tube was assembled and tested. The CW output power is over 18 kW,the efficiency is over 30%,and the gain is over 40 dB.
