Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3基无铅压电体系退极化行为

【摘要】 本文总结了钛酸铋钠[Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3,BNT]的相变过程,特别是其低温下出现的退极化现象的研究现状。同时,对目前研究的NBT基复合体系的准同型相界及其退极化行为方面的研究进展进行了总结,归纳了关于影响退极化温度的机制的几种观点。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the researches in the phase transformation of sodium bismuth titanate[(Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3,BNT],especially its depolarization phenomenon,were summed up.Besides,the current studies on traditional BNT-based complex systems and their depolarization behaviors near morphtropic phase boundary(MPB)were summarized,and the mechanisms affecting the depolarization temperature of BNTbased systems were reviewed.
