高温超导体厚膜及其在微波无源器件上的若干应用

【摘要】 系统论述了高温超导体厚膜的概念、制备方法,高温超导体厚膜的特性,介绍了高温超导体厚膜在微波无源器件上的若干应用。
【Abstract】 This brief review is reported on the preparation and properties of thick film of high temperature superconductor,and application of the thick film is also depicted for the microwave passive devices.
