帽型加筋结构耐撞性能试验与仿真研究
An Experimental and Numerical Study on the Resistance to Penetration of Hat-type Stiffened Plates

【摘要】 为了提高船舶在碰撞事故中的安全性,大量研究比较分析了新型结构型式与传统加筋结构的耐撞性能差异。本文基于帽型加筋结构与光板模型耐撞性能试验,研究了不同加筋尺寸及数量的帽型加筋结构在楔形撞头以及球形撞头加载下的损伤特性,并采用显示动力分析软件LS-DYNA对试验进行模拟,讨论了网格敏感度对仿真分析的影响。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the crashworthiness of ship structures,new innovative side structures like hat-type stiffened plates,X-core and Y-core plates are investigated in contrast to conventional side-shell structures in numerous studies.The objective of this paper is to give an insight into the deformation mode and crashworthiness of hat-type stiffened plates.A series of indentation tests have been carried out on various configurations of hat-type stiffened plates and un-stiffened plate in this paper.The energy absorption and penetration depth when fracture of panel occurs are investigated.The numerical analysis of these specimens are carried out by explicit finite element code LS-DYNA.The effect of size of mesh on the simulation results was discussed in detail.The simulation results are compared with experiment data herein.
