高压深海压力环境模拟装置耐压试验技术研究

【摘要】 高压深海压力环境模拟装置一般为中厚壁结构,其耐压试验技术与中低压薄壁结构有一定区别。本文探讨了耐压试验的目的、试验压力的选取建议、试验压力效应处理方法和根据实测应变值的结构三维主应力计算方法。试验实例说明,对于高压深海压力环境模拟装置耐压试验,采用内补偿法测量结构应变,根据应变测量值计算结构内表面应力时,必须计及液压载荷下补偿试块变形引起的应变值,并采用三维主应力计算方法计算结构应力。
【Abstract】 High pressure deep-sea environmental simulating decive structure is commonly thick wall pressure structure.There has a certain difference in the pressure test technology between high pressure thick wall structure and low pressure thin wall structure.This paper discusses the purpose of the pressure test,selection advice of test pressure.pressure effect processing method and the three-dimensional principal stress calculation method.Through the test examples,it is proved that for pressure test using compensation method in measuring the structure strain,according to the strain measured values to calculate the stress on the inner surface,must consider the strain value caused by compensation block deformation under the hydraulic load,and use the three-dimensional principal stress calculation method.
