不同硫钾肥用量对烟田土壤及烟株硫素变化的影响

【摘要】 采用田间定位试验,研究了连续3年施用不同量硫钾肥对烟田土壤及烟株硫含量及分配的影响。研究结果表明,土壤全硫含量受烟草根系及施硫量的显著影响,根际土中全硫含量显著低于根外土,但两者均随硫肥用量的增加而显著增加(对照根际土除外)。根际土有效硫的含量随烤烟生育期及施肥量的变化不大,但根外土有效硫与此不同,随施肥量的增加显著增加,且各生育期中以旺长期最高,随后显著下降。硫钾肥的施用,首先增加了叶部,特别是下部叶和中部叶的全硫含量,而对根和茎的影响不大。在成熟期,各处理中根部全硫的分配率占总量的8.1-11.6%,茎部是13.2-22.1%,叶部是59.0-77.5%,且均随硫钾肥用量的增加而增加。该试验中,持续3年的年施硫量达297kg/hm~2的肥料后,各叶位的全硫含量均达到0.7%临界值及以上,应根据土壤及烟叶中硫含量的情况,合理规范含硫肥料在烟草生产中施用量。
【Abstract】 The effect of different amounts of potassium sulfate fertilizer on change of sulfur in soil and its distribution in tobacco plantlet were studied using a 3 years field plot experiment at Qingdao tobacco resources and environment field station of CAAS.The results showed that,the total soil sulfur was significantly affected by tobacco root and the amount of sulfur fertilizer.The total sulfur content in rhizosphere was obviously lower than that in outrhizosphere,and both of them increased with the sulfur fertilizer amount except for the rhizosphere soil in CK.The soil available sulfur content in rhizosphere wasn’t changed with the growth period of tobacco and the amount of fertilizer,but the soil available sulfur content in outrhizosphere was increased with the sulfur fertilizer amount,and decreased with the growth period,with the biggest value at the vigorous growth period.What’s more,the application of potassium sulfate fertilizer increased the total sulfur content at leaf,especially the lower and middle leaves,but it had little effect on the root and stem.At maturity,the total sulfur distribution rate of root accounted for 8.1-11.6%of the total sulfur accumulation in tobacco body.The sulfur distribution rate of stem was 13.2-22.1%,and the leaf was 59.0-77.5%,the sulfur distribution rate of each parts was increased with the sulfur fertilizer amount.After 3 years application of sulfate fertilizer with 324kg/hm~2per year,the total sulfur content at different leaf positions were arrived at 0.7%or above,which was the critical valve affecting the quality of tobacco leave.All in all,the sulfur fertilizer amount in tobacco plantation should be adjusted reasonably according to the soil condition and the sulfur content in tobacco leaves in the future.
