三重串联电感耦合等离子体质谱法定高纯氧化铈中14种稀土杂质元素
Direct Determination of 14 Trace Rare Earth Elements in High Purity CeO2 by Triple Quadrupole Inductively Coupled-Plasma Mass Spectrometry

【摘要】 研究三重串联电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS/MS)法直接测定高纯氧化铈中的14种稀土杂质元素的方法。采用氦气和氧气反应池在串联质谱MS/MS模式,有效克服了基体对待测元素的干扰,样品加标1.0ng/ml14种混合稀土标样测得的回收率为90.7%~104.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~5.9%。该方法能够满足纯度为5N(99.999%)及以上的高纯氧化铈中1 4种杂质元素的直接测定。
【Abstract】 A method was developed for directly determination of fourteen different impurities in high purity cerium oxide by ICP-MS/MS.The interferences from matrix on analytes were efficiently removed by using He and NH3 reaction cell gas in MS/MS mode.Under the optimized condition,the spike recoveries of 1ng/mL REE standard additions were 90.7%104.2%for fourteen elements.The RSDs varied between1.9%and 5.9%.The method was suitable for the direct determination of impurities in high purity cerium oxide of 99.999%or above.
