直流辉光放电质谱法测定高纯氧化钇中的杂质元素

【摘要】 利用钨粉作为导电介质,与氧化钇粉末混合均匀,压片,采用直流辉光放电质谱法测定了其中的杂质含量。考察了放电电流、放电气体流量以及两种粉末的混合比例等因素对放电稳定性以及灵敏度的影响,优化了实验条件。以氧化钇标准物质作为标样,对高纯氧化钇粉末中杂质进行定量分析,测定结果相对标准偏差在25%以内,测定结果优于无标样的测定结果,并且与ICP-MS法相吻合。

【Abstract】 Tungsten powder,as the conductive medium,was mixed evenly with yttrium oxide powder and tableted.Impurity elements were determined by direct current glow discharge mass spectrometry.Discharge current,discharge gas flow rate and mixing ratio of two powders were investigated in terms of their impact on the discharge stability and the sensitivity in order to optimize the experimental conditions.Quantitative determination of impurities in high-purity yttrium oxide powder was realized by using yttrium oxide standard substance.The relative standard deviations were less than 25%.The results were consistent with those obtained by ICP-MS and better than those obtained without standard substance.
