【摘要】 从病原学和病理学角度对阜新某个体养鸡场1 2日龄仔鸡急性死亡的病因进行研究分析。病原学检查结果表明,从病死鸡的嗉囊刮取物做病原菌培养并分离,并利用培养的单个菌落制成涂片看到:该菌革兰氏染色阳性、酵母菌样的菌体和假菌丝,形状呈卵圆形,个体较大较清楚,酷似瓜子状。之后通过细菌分离培养、形态学检验、生化鉴定、药敏实验等对该病原菌进行鉴定,其培养特性和生化特性与鸡念珠菌相似,初步证实该病原菌为鸡念珠菌;药敏实验结果表明该病原菌仅对制霉菌素药物敏感,对一些抗细菌药物不敏感。以不同剂量菌液口服接种雏鸡进行动物回归实验,结果表明,该分离株具有强致病性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,etiology and pathology from the perspective of a chicken farm of fuxin 12 day old pups acute study and analyze the cause of death.Bacteriological test results show that the dead chickens from the disease tracheal scraping material for bacterial cuilure and isolation,and made use of cultured single colony smear seen:gram-positive bacteria like bacteria and yeast pseudohyphal,oval shape,larger than the individuar clearly resembles a melon-shaped.After the bacteria isolated by culture,biochemical identification and antibiotic susceptibility of the pathogens were identified such as,the cultural characteristics and biochemical characteristics of Candida albicans similar to chicken confirmed that the chicken Candida strai susceptibility test results show that The pathogen only nystatin drug sensitive to highly resistant to most antibiotics,which indicates that the pathogen was strongly resistant strains isolated.Bacteria were inoculated intraperitoneally with different doses of regression in animal experiments in chicken,results showed that the isolates have strong pathogenicity,autopsy shows that the death occurred in chicken with similar pathological changes by App.Virus isolation and identification of results exclude the possibility of chicken died of viral disease.更多还原
