葡萄糖对诱导断奶母猪发情配种的效果评估

【摘要】 为了解葡萄糖对诱导断奶母猪发情配种的影响,并设法促进其断奶后尽快发情配种,本实验选取广东某大型猪场445头断奶母猪作为样本进行研究。样本分为试验组和对照组,试验组母猪229头,平均胎龄4.01;对照组母猪226头,平均胎龄3.95。在母猪断奶第二天至配种当天的6天里,在其他饲养管理、环境条件相同的基础上,试验组饲喂葡萄糖200g/头/天拌料,对照组正常喂料。试验结果表明(1)葡萄糖对断奶母猪的发情配种率有改善效果。试验组母猪7天内发情配种率93.9%,试验开始到试验结束累计发情配种为95.6%;对照组母猪7天内发情配种率为92%,试验开始到试验结束累计发情配种率为92.8%。(2)试验组断奶-配种间隔平均天数为5.25天,对照组断奶-配种间隔平均天数为5.51天,即试验组比对照组发情高峰期早到0.26天(6.24小时)。(3)试验组母猪淘汰率为1.89%,对照组母猪淘汰率为5.93%,试验组与对照组母猪淘汰率差异显著(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the impact of glucose on the induction of oestrus cycle and mating of weaned sows and try to promote estrus as soon as possible,we choose 445 weaned sows of a big pig farm as a sample.The sample was divided into test groups and control groups,the total number of test groups were 229 and their average gestational age were 4.01;the control groups were 226.with an average gestational age of 3.95.The sows of test groups were fed 200 g glucose which were mixed with fodder every day after the first day of weaning until to the mating day.In these days,the test groups were under the same management and environmental conditions with the control groups.The results showed that:(1) Glucose improved the rate of estrus.The estrus rates of test groups within 7 days was 93.9%,cumulative estrus rate was 95.6%;corresponding to the control groups was 92%and 92.8%,respectively.(2) The average days of weaning-mating interval of test groups were 5.25 and the control groups were5.51,it was more early than 0.26 days(6.24 hours).(3) The average elimination rate of test groups were1.89%,and the control groups were 5.93%,which have significant difference(P<0.05).更多还原
