【摘要】 采用顶空固相微萃取与气质联用法(HS-GC-MS)测定不同地区的9种阿胶的挥发性成分,并利用主成分分析法(principal component analysis,PCA)建立模型鉴定出各地区阿胶的特征香气。结果表示,影响阿胶香气的物质主要为醛类,吡嗪类,酮类和酸类。经PCA分析其中PC1占37.85%,PC2占25.70%。实验结果证明,HS-GC-MS方法结合PCA可以准确有效的鉴别区分不同地区的阿胶,具有较强的使用价值和推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aroma compounds in 9 kinds of Colla Corii Asini from China were analyzed by HS-GC-MS.Based on principal component analysis(PCA),Colla Corii Asini from different district can be discriminated.The main Volatile Constituents of Colla Corii Asini are Aldehyde,Pyrazine,Ketone and Acid.The first two principle components were representative of the total variance:37.85% for PC1 and 25.70% for PC2.These results demonstrated that HS-GC-MS and PCA method established could be an efficient and accurate way for the discrimination of Colla Corii Asini from different district and would have a strong practica1 value.更多还原
