【Abstract】 In recent years the development of nanoparticles technology and surface modification technology is more deeply.Pickering emulsions have received many attentions by reseachers. This paper firstly summarized shortly the character of Pickering emulsions, mainly introduce Pickering emulsions stabled soly by nanoparticles and synergistic formation and stabilization by nanoparticles and suface active substance.
