【摘要】 近年来,关于中草药防风的研究越来越多,药理学研究证明,防风中主要含有挥发油类、色原酮类、香豆素类、多糖类、有机酸类、聚乙炔类、甘油酯类等成分,防风的主要单体为升麻苷和5氧甲基维斯阿米醇苷,这两个单体构成防风生物活性的物质基础。防风具有解热、镇痛、镇静、抗过敏、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、提高机体免疫功能、抗凝血等药理作用,其抗敏功效决定其可作为化妆品舒敏功效添加剂发挥舒敏作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, more and more research have been done on Chinese herbal medicine radix saposhnikoviae, pharmacology research proves that radix saposhnikoviae mainly contains components such as volatile oil, chromogen ketone, coumarin, polysaccharide, organic acid, polyacetylene, glyceride, the main monomers of radix saposhnikoviae are Prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 4’-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol, these two monomers constitute substance basis of biological activity of radix saposhnikoviae. radix saposhnikoviae has function such as antipyretic, analgesic, sedative, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antitumor, improving the body’s immune, anticoagulation and other pharmacological effects, the anti-allergic effect determines it can be used as a cosmetic additives playing a role of anti-allergic effect.更多还原
