无交联剂附着壳聚糖纳米粒棉织物的结构及性能

【摘要】 为实现环境友好、绿色高效的纺织品加香整理过程,研究了在无交联剂环境下棉织物对缓释香精载体壳聚糖纳米粒的吸附行为。利用热重分析(TGA)研究了吸附温度、p H值和粒子固含量对棉织物吸附性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱(IR)及X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,在无交联剂下壳聚糖纳米粒能有效地附着在棉织物表面并与其发生一定的分子间及氢键相互作用。纳米粒子的吸附作用会导致棉织物纤维的结晶面强度及结晶度指数降低。吸附温度的增大导致附着在棉纤维表面的壳聚糖纳米粒子含量减少;而p H值和粒子固含量的增大均导致棉纤维表面附着的壳聚糖纳米粒子含量增加。研究结果为实现无交联剂绿色加香棉织物过程提供了一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 For getting an eco-friendly and efficient process of adding fragrance to fabrics, the adhesion behavior of chitosan nanoparticles for slow-release fragrance carriers on cotton fabrics surface without cross-linker was studied. The effects of the adhering temperature, p H and solid content of chitosan nanoparticles suspension to the adhesion capacity of cotton fabrics were studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The structure of cotton fabrics and chitosan nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)、transmission electron microscopy(TEM)、infrared spectroscopy(IR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Results show that the chitosan nanoparticles can effectively adhere to the surface of cotton fabrics due to the intermolecular and hydrogen bond interactions between them, which can decrease the intensity of crystalline plane and the crystallinity index(CI) of cotton fabrics. The content of chitosan nanoparticles adhering to the surface of cotton fabrics decrease with increasing the adhering temperature, but increase with increasing the p H and solid content of chitosan nanoparticles suspension. The research result of this paper will provide some theory bases to the green process of adding fragrance to cotton fabrics without cross-linker.
