【摘要】 目的:评价新型美白方"十源白方"的安全性及有效性,探讨其作用机制。方法:以提取物原液进行多次皮肤刺激实验评估其安全性;不同浓度提取物干预培养人黑素瘤细胞,检测其对细胞增殖、酪氨酸酶活性及黑素含量的影响;人体试用含有该提取物的膏霜,考察其美白效果。结果:"十源白方"提取物对皮肤无刺激,可有效抑制黑素瘤细胞增殖,降低酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑素生成;含该提取物的化妆品具有安全、快速、持续的美白作用。结论:"十源白方"提取物可用于美白功效化妆品的开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the safety and whitening effectiveness of a new whitening formula, Shi-Yuan-Bai Formula, and elucidate its preliminary mechanism. Methods: repeated skin stimulus tests were applied to assess the safety of the extract; different concentrations of extracts were added into the cultured human melanoma cells to investigate the effects on the proliferation of A375 cells, the activity of cellular tyrosinase and the synthesis of melanin; the human skin tests were also performed. Results: The extract has no skin stimulation effects, effectively inhibited melanoma cell proliferation, significantly inhibited cellular tyrosinase activity and reduced the amount of cellular melanin. The extract showed safe, rapid and sustained effects on making a fair complexion. Conclusion: Shi-Yuan-Bai Formula extract can be used for the development of skin whitening cosmetics.更多还原
