施用复合HE菌肥与套作对香蕉枯萎病的控病作用

【摘要】 为探讨施用复合HE菌肥与套作对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果。以生防芽孢杆菌菌株HW02制成H菌肥,以拟青霉菌株E7制成E菌肥,以菌株HW02和E7制成复合HE菌肥;采用完全随机区组试验,比较了辅以香蕉/红薯套作措施,施用单一菌肥与复合菌肥对香蕉生长、枯萎病病情指数、病原菌和根际土壤可培养微生物数量及土壤总呼吸速率的影响。结果表明:与对照比较,在香蕉移栽120 d时,在单作和套作条件下,施用单一H菌肥、E菌肥、复合HE菌肥均能促进香蕉的生长和提高控病作用,其中以套作与共同施用HE菌肥控病效果最显著,香蕉株高、茎围、叶宽、地上部、地下部鲜重和防效显著提高,施用H菌肥、E菌肥、复合HE处理后的病情指数下降了47.06%~72.22%,香蕉根际和不同土层的FOC数量均显著降低,根际可培养真菌、细菌和放线菌数量分别显著增加了1.10倍-6.59倍,16.08倍-39.00倍和2.63倍-3.32倍,FOC数量显著降低了97.12%~99.81%;根际土壤总呼吸速率增加了46.64%~74.53%;病情指数与FOC呈显著正相关关系,与真菌数量、细菌数量和根际土壤总呼吸速率均呈显著负相关关系。施用HE结合套作可促进香蕉生长,提高根际微生物数量和土壤呼吸速率,增加对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果,具有较大的应用前景。

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of compound bacterial fertilizer application and intercropping systems on controlling of Fusarium wilt of banana.Bacillus sp.HWO2 was chosen for producing bacterial fertilizer H.Paecilomyces sp.E7 was chosen for producing bacterial fertilizer E.HWO2 and E7 were chosen for producing compound bacterial fertilizer HE.A randomized block experiment was conducted to test the effects of a single bacterial fertilizer and the compound bacterial fertilizer with sweet potato intercropping or not on the growth of banana plants,disease severity index(DSI) of Fusarium wilt,the quantity of FOC,other culturable microbial populationand the total soil respiration rate in banana rhizophere.The results showed that,after transplanting for 120 days,the growth of banana and disease-control efficiencies were increased by dealing with single bacterial fertilizer H or single bacterial fertilizer E or the compound bacterial fertilizer HE in both intercropping and monocropping model compared to the control treatment in the monocropping model;the combination of the intercropping with compound bacterial fertilizer HE showed the most efficient to Fusarium wilt and the banana height,stem thickness,leaf width,fresh weight of aerial and underground part and control efficiency were increased.Moreover,the number of FOC in banana rhizosphere at different depth was decreased significantly;with applications of H,E and HE in the intercropping model,the DSI was decreased by 47.06%~72.22%,the number of culturable fungi,bacteria and actinomyces in rhizosphere was increased significantly by 1.10 ~ 6.59,16.08 ~ 39.00 and 2.63 ~ 3.32 times respectively,the number of FOC was decreased significantly by 97.12%~ 99.81%,total soil respiration rate of the rhizosphere was increased by 46.64%~74.53%.The DSI positively correlated with the number of FOC at a significant level,while the DSI negatively correlated to the number of culturable fungi,bacteria and the total soil respiration rate at a significant level.Using HE inoculum with intercropping could effectively promote the growth of banana and improve microbial population at rhizosphere of banana and soil respiration rate,and increase the control effect of Fusarium wilt of banana,and it shows wide application prospect.
