圆柱壳周向斜接管结构极限载荷分析

【摘要】 周向斜接管结构应用广泛,但相对于径向接管结构,尚缺乏完整的设计方法研究。本文采用有限元法分析4个无量纲参数:周向接管倾角β、开孔率d/D、壁厚比δet/δe和径厚比D/δe对圆柱壳周向斜接管结构极限承载压力的影响,设计了不同结构参数的4因素4水平正交试验模型,并通过回归分析拟合得到受内压圆柱壳周向斜接管结构极限载荷的计算公式。与圆柱壳正交接管结构相比,随着倾角β的增大,周向斜接管结构承载能力有所增加。进一步对极限载荷拟合公式进行验证,为同类结构极限载荷的有限元计算和强度评定提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 The hillside nozzle structure is widely used in many fields,but it is still lack of systematic study of design methods compared with the radial nozzle structure.In this paper,the orthogonal models under different structural parameters were designed to analyzed the effect of four dimensionless parameters(β,d/D,δet/δe and D/δe) on the limit load of the cylindrical shell with hillside nozzle structure.Then a formula about the limit load of this structure was fitted based on regression analysis.Compared with the radial nozzle structure of cylindrical shell,it was found that the limit load of the hillside nozzle structure is increased with the increasing of the angle β.Furthermore,the limit load regression formula was also verified and it can provide reference for the finite element calculation of limit load and the strength evaluation of the hillside nozzle structure.
