【摘要】 通过采用电火花线切割工艺对ZrB2基超高温陶瓷进行加工,分析了电火花线切割后ZrB2基超高温陶瓷的微观组织变化,研究了不同表面粗糙度对材料抗弯强度和断裂韧性的影响规律,为陶瓷材料的工程化应用奠定了技术基础。
【Abstract】 ZrB2 based ultra high temperature ceramics are processed by the WEDM process.The microstructure changes are analyzed after wire cutting.The relationships between different surface roughness and the bending strength and fracture toughness are studied,which can provide the technical basis and application of ceramic materials for later periodg.
