Ω形波纹管小圆弧半径对应力的影响

【摘要】 本文在有限元分析方法的基础上,研究了在不同受力状态下,Ω形波纹管小圆弧半径对各项应力值大小和应力集中位置的影响。根据分析结果,无论是在受压情况下或者是轴向位移情况下,影响最大的是子午向弯曲应力。在受压情况下,随着Ω形波纹管小圆弧半径增加,子午向弯曲应力值增加,所以小圆弧半径不宜过大。在轴向位移情况下,随着Ω形波纹管小圆弧半径的增加,各应力值都呈减小趋势,小圆弧半径不宜太小。本文通过分析小圆弧半径对应力集中的影响,Ω形波纹管小圆弧半径过小会产生"边波效应",过大会使得应力集中位置增多,得出小圆弧半径不宜超过大圆弧半径的一半的结论。最后,本文提出小圆弧半径的推荐设计范围为0.3R~0.5R。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the finite element analysis,this paper studied the influences of the root arc radius of toroidal bellows on the stresses and the position of stress concentration under different conditions.According to the analysis,whether it is pressed or axial displacement,the meridional bending stress is most affected.Under the pressure,it declares the value of the meridional bending stress shows a trend of increase in following with the increase of the size of the root arc radius.With the condition of axial displacement,the value of stresses demonstrated a trend of decrease in following with the increase of the size of the root arc radius.It indicated that the size of the arc radius could not be too big or too small under the internal pressure,which the root arc radius could lead to the edge wave effect and the crest arc radius could produce the stress concentration.Therefore,in this paper,it suggested the recommended size of the root arc radius is less than the half of the crest arc radius and more than thirty percent of the crest arc radius.
