换热器用波纹管膨胀节的应力分析和强度评定

【摘要】 随着大直径厚壁波纹管液压整体成形技术的发展,带波纹管膨胀节的固定管板式换热器得到了愈来愈广泛的应用。论文分析了换热器用波纹管承受的主要载荷,对波纹管压力、压力位移和温差位移产生的应力进行详细分类,基于分析设计方法对不同类型的应力采用不同设计准则进行评定。针对换热器波纹管在操作过程中多种工况,提出了根据累积损伤效应疲劳分析方法。并指出了波纹管常用工程近似计算方法的局限性。

【Abstract】 with the development of holistic hydroforming technology of huge diameter and thick wall,the fixed tubesheet heat exchangers with expansion joint bellows were more widely used in the industries.In this work the main loads of the bellows used in heat exchangers were analyzed,the stress of bellows due to pressure,pressure induced expansion and thermal expansion were classified carefully,various types of stress were evaluated with different design criteria based on design by analysis theory.According to the various load cases of bellows used in heat exchangers during operation,the fatigue analyzed method based on accumulated plastic effect was presented.The limitations of engineering approximated design method of bellows were indicated.
