舰船调距桨液压系统可靠性建模与分析
Reliability Modeling and Analysis on Hydraulic System for Controllable Pitch Propeller of Ships

【摘要】 以舰船可调螺距螺旋桨液压系统为对象,介绍了其主控制液压系统中压力调节回路和换向控制回路的功能、组成和原理,建立了复杂串并联可靠性模型,结合故障率预计法、评分预计法及元器件计数法进行了从单元到系统的可靠性预计,并采用定量危害性矩阵分析方法对系统中代表性单元实施了着重于危害度分析的FMECA,得出对系统可靠度影响较大的单元,为该液压系统可靠性设计提供了理论参考及改进方向。
【Abstract】 By taking the hydraulic system for controllable pitch propeller of ships as the subject,the function,structure and principle of the pressure regulator loop and commutation control loop in the main controlling hydraulic system are introduced,then a complex series-parallel reliability model is established.The reliability is predicted from unit to system with the "failure rate prediction method", "score estimation method" and "component counting method".Then a FMECA focusing on criticality analysis on some representative units is carried out using quantitative criticality matrix,giving the units which have a greater impact on system’s reliability.It provides a theoretical reference and the direction of improvement for hydraulic system reliability design.
