基于轮轨动力的轨道板疲劳可靠性评估方法

【摘要】 随着列车运行速度提高,高速铁路线路轨道板有加速疲劳破环的趋势。结合轮轨动力学、有限元法和结构疲劳等理论,本文对CRTSⅡ板式无碴轨道轨道板的疲劳寿命进行了研究。首先建立了列车一板式轨道空间耦合动力学模型和轨道板有限元模型,采用数值方法,获得京津线路激扰和42号高速道岔固有不平顺激扰下轮轨系统和轨道板支撑载荷;采用有限元法得到轨道板应力时间历程,运用雨流计数法,得到列车载荷作用下轨道板应力谱;最后,结合现有钢筋混凝土S-N曲线,获得了轨道板疲劳寿命及容易发生破坏的薄弱区域。研究结果表明,区间轨道板基本上能够满足设计寿命要求,高速道岔区轨道板疲劳寿命有所不足。
【Abstract】 With the increasing of the operation speed of the high-speed train,the service life of the slab of the track system will be shorted.Based on the theories of the multi-body dynamics,Finite Element Method and structural fatigue theories,the fatigue behavior of CRTS Ⅱ is analyzed.Firstly,the high speed vehicle-track system dynamics model and vehicle-turnout system dynamics model are established.The dynamic loads acted on the slabs are obtained.Then,CRTSIIs slab finite element models for the general track and turnout are established and the stress time histories of the slab are obtained under the Beijing-Tianjin high speed railway excitation and the vehicle-turnout system dynamic loads.Rain-flow counting method is introduced to get the stress spectrum of the slab.Finally,the fatigue service lives of the slabs are assessed with the help of Miner theory and S-N curve.The results show that the service life of the slab of the general high-speed track satisfies the design requirement and the service life of the slab in the turnout zone is nearly insufficient.
