焊点综合应力加速寿命试验统计分布模型的验证

【摘要】 为了有效解决模拟试验周期长、效率低、耗费大的问题,本文以无铅焊点为研究对象,设计了无铅焊点环境温度和振动应力综合作用下的加速寿命试验。结合失效分析假设焊点在综合应力作用下服从威布尔分布加速模型。利用综合应力加速寿命试验数据,应用图形检验法及范-蒙特福特检验法对寿命分布进行检验;利用巴特利特检验法对其形状参数进行检验。验证结果表明焊点在综合应力作用下寿命服从威布尔分布,并且各组试验应力水平下形状参数没有显著差异,符合加速寿命试验失效机理不变的要求。本文将失效分析与统计分析相结合,验证了加速寿命试验统计模型的正确性,为加速寿命试验评估提供了一个新的思路和方法。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the simulation problems that it is long-cycle and inefficient and costs a lot,taking the lead-free solder joints as the research object,accelerated life test of lead-free solder under combined effects of ambient temperature and vibration stress is designed in this paper.Combining with the invalidation analysis,the model of solder joint under integrated stresses is assumed as Weibull distribution.Based on the integrated stress accelerated life test data and the application of probability graph and Van-Montfort test methods,the life distribution is tested;and based on Bartlett test method their shape parameters are tested.The results show that the lifetime of solder joint under integrated stresses is subject to Weibull distribution,and shape parameters of each group of test stress levels are not significantly different,meeting the requirements that the failure mechanisms of accelerated life test are unchanged.Combined statistical analysis with invalidation analysis,this article verifies the correctness of the accelerated life testing statistical models,providing a new idea and method for the assessment of accelerated life test.
