基于嵌套混合Copula函数的机械系统失效相关性建模

【摘要】 失效相关是机械系统中普遍存在的现象,无论是同一零件不同失效模式之间,还是系统中不同零件之间,都存在一定程度的失效相关性。为了量化描述机械系统中存在的失效相关性,首先利用混合Copula函数来描述系统中各个零件不同失效模式之间的相关性,并利用离差平方和准则法与遗传算法对该模型中的未知参数进行估计,实现了机械零件失效模式之间的相关性建模;之后,利用嵌套Copula函数的方法实现了整个机械系统零件之间的失效相关性建模。最后通过具体实例对提出模型的有效性进行验证和分析。结果表明该方法具有很好的灵活性与适用性,为失效相关条件下机械系统的可靠性分析提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Failure-dependence is a common phenomenon existing in mechanical system,whether between different failure modes of a part,or between different parts of the system,there is a certain degree of failure-dependence.In order to give a quantitative description of failure-dependence in mechanical system,first of all,a mixed Copula function model is introduced to describe the correlation between different failure modes of each individual component in mechanical system.Furthermore,the residual square sum method and the genetic algorithm are used to estimate unknown parameters of this model.In this way,the failure-dependence model of each component contained in a mechanical system,that considering the correlation between different failure modes,can be constructed.Then,according to the principle of nested Copula function,the failure-dependence model of entire mechanical system,that considering failure-dependence between different components is constructed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed models is demonstrated via a practical case.Results show that,the proposed models in this paper have good flexibility and applicability,and can provide a theoretical basis for reliability analysis of mechanical system considering failure-dependence.
