【摘要】 探讨黄柳菇多糖对力竭运动大鼠应激性溃疡的预防效果。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、力竭运动组和力竭运动服药组。服药组每天灌胃2毫升剂量为200mg/Kg体重的黄柳菇多糖,安静对照组和力竭运动组灌胃同体积的蒸馏水,持续6周;力竭运动组和力竭运动服药组每周进行5天的跑台训练,共6周,第7周第1天进行力竭性运动后即刻,观察各组大鼠胃溃疡指数,及超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、内皮素(ET)等指标的变化。结果:力竭运动后大鼠发生应激性溃疡,力竭运动组与安静组相比,各项抗氧化酶的活性明显下降,丙二醛含量显著增加,溃疡指数升高,力竭运动服药组溃疡指数、丙二醛含量较力竭运动组下降,抗氧化酶的活性较力竭运动组有显著提高。结论:黄柳菇多糖有很好的抗氧化作用,并能缓解剧烈运动中胃粘膜的缺血状态,起到保护胃粘膜的作用,从而有效预防应激性溃疡的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of pholiota adiposa polysaccharide to exhaustive exercise mouse’s stress ulcer preventive.Methods:The 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups:quiet control group,exhaustive exercise and medication group exhaustive exercise.Administered to the third group 2ml per day gordejevii mushroom polysaccharide,but gavage with the volume of distilled water to the The first and second group,continued for 6 weeks;The first group and second group of five days a week treadmill training,continued for 6 weeks too;The first seven weeks for the 1st day after exhaustive exercise,to observe the ulcer index of rats 、SOD、 GSH-Px、MDA、NOS、ET changes in indicators.Consequent;Occurred after exhaustive exercise stress ulcer in rats,the activity of antioxidant enzymes decreased,MDA content increased significantly higher ulcer index,But the other two groups is different.Exhaustive exercise index ulcer medication group,MDA content was decreased,the activity of antioxidant enzymes than the exhaustive exercise group improved significantly.Conclusion;Pholiota adiposa polysaccharide has very good anti — oxidation,and strenuous exercise can alleviate the ischemic state of gastric mucosa,play a role in gastric mucosal protection,in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of stress ulcer.更多还原
