【摘要】 运动训练是将运动员的运动能力推到极至的操作过程,是一个精细加工的过程,教练法是教练员主导训练过程所采用的方法。本文通过对文献的研究整理和对运动训练实践的观察归纳,认为通过归纳和提炼训练实践经验,运用科学方法进行演绎是教练法的重要来源。运动训练学是一门应用科学,训练是一个行动的过程,在行动之中时间是关键,而科研工作具有后测性特点,只有简约的、量化的训练方法才能与训练相结合,运用到日常训练中去,训练需要一个即时的、直接的反馈,所以一些简约的、直接的、可以量化的、可操作的方法,是教练法所需要研究的。并提出科学的运动训练模型应是简约的、可预测的,是对一个事物描述的框架,是一个公式,一个数学描述。最后提出专业队不等于专业化训练,专业化训练是指运动训练过程中训练方法和手段的精确化,精确程度是体现高水平运动员训练专业化程度的指标,只有精确化的训练才能从根本上解决竞技体育可持续发展的问题。更多还原
