卫星移动通信系统中分层空时码的性能分析与硬件实现

【摘要】 研究了分层空时码的迭代检测译码算法在移动卫星MIMO通信系统中的应用,并在三种典型信道环境包括市区环境,郊区环境,开阔地环境下对其进行了仿真分析,其性能表现符合开阔地环境优于郊区环境,郊区环境优于市区环境的规律,并远好于单独的硬检测算法。在硬件实现该迭代检测接收机时,考虑到传统的硬件实现方法开发周期长,不易做系统调试,提出了一种新的快速的硬件实现方法,对MIMO迭代检测接收机进行了硬件实现,对比软硬件的仿真结果发现软件仿真性能要略好于硬件仿真性能,并分析了出现这种现象的原因。

【Abstract】 Layered space time coding is one of space time codes with the maximum multiplexing gain.In the paper,we investigate the using of iterative detection in the field of mobile satellite communication systems,and analyze the performances of the algorithm in three typical channels including urban environment,suburban environment,and open environment.The performances of the simulation results meet the law that the open case is better than the urban case and suburban case.During the process of implementing the receiver,because of the problems of long development cycle and debugging difficultly in the traditional method,a new method of implementation with FPGA is proposed.We realized the iterative detection receiver by FPGA.The comparison between results by soft simulation and ones by hard-ware implementation shows the performance of soft simulation is a little better than the one of hard-ware implementation.At last,we analyze the differences of the situation.
