【Abstract】 Public service in the field of the national economy is direcdy related to public security,public health and social harmony.The configuration of services chain in large equipment public service is necessary for maintenance guarantee and fast response to service interruption.Based on trust,the evaluation index system of service chain partner is established.Long term cooperation between the partners can make both of the companies win larger economic benefits, though it is hard to be showed in short period,the trust between them can directly impact the effect of co - operation.The article take BP neural networks as analysis tools to select representative samples to train from the exist suppliers of a company,it provide a complete,,scientific and objective decision - making information for company’ s policy makers to forecast the integrative index of new suppliers by referred to the trained suppliers.更多还原
