【摘要】 一揽子经济刺激计划的实施,已经初见成效,经济形势正在好转。但实现8%的经济增长目标,并不等于经济完全复苏,在现实经济生活中,还有许多深层次的矛盾和根本性问题尚未解决,因而必须标本兼治,远近结合,尤其应重视治本之策。本文认为经济增长、需求结构、产业结构和收入差距等方面应有合理的数量界限,提出了技术创新、制度创新和发展模式创新等根本性措施,从而真正实现经济社会全面协调可持续地科学发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of a package of economic simulative plan has already showed initial successful effect and the economic situation has been improved.But to achieve an 8-percent economic growth goal is not equal to that the economy has fully recovered.In the real economic life,there are many deep-seated contradictions and fundamental issues still unsolved,so we have to solve the issues by both temporary and permanent solutions,combination of long-term development and short-term development,especially attaching importance to effect a permanent cure.The article holds that the aspects of economic growth demand structure,industrial structure,and income gap etc should have reasonable quantitative limits and propose fundamental measures on technological innovation,institutional innovation and development model innovation etc.Thereby realizing the economic society to be comprehensive,coordinated,sustainable and scientific development in deed.更多还原
