【摘要】 城镇是工业、农业、经济、贸易、交通、政治、文化、人口的集中地,自然灾害对城镇的危害较其它地区严重。而在城镇常见多发的15种自然灾害中,致洪暴雨过程形成的致洪灾害又居首位。驻马店市历史上出现的"75.8"、"82.7"、"91.6"、"98.7"等十余次致洪暴雨的危害影响充分说明致洪暴雨的出现对我区城镇造成的危害损失之巨大、教训之深刻。本文利用56年来的驻马店市气象资料,针对致洪暴雨对城镇的危害程度、致洪形态、主要影响天气系统、灾变特征、作用机理进行了五个方面的综合分析,并探讨了致洪暴雨危害存在的特征、规律,进而为城镇致洪暴雨影响的预警监测、防汛减灾提出了六点有效的防御措施和对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The town is a concentration of industrial, agricultural, economic, trade, transportation, politics, culture, population, natural disasters on urban than other areas of serious. And 15 kinds of natural disaster in the town of frequent, torrential rain process in the formation of the flood disaster also ranks first. The history of Zhumadian city’s "75.8", "82.7", "91.6", "98.7" and so on more than ten flood rainstorm hazard effect shows that rainstorm appeared to the towns of harm caused by the loss of huge, deep lessons. The Zhumadian meteorological data of 56 years, according to the heavy rainstorm on urban harm degree, flood pattern, the main influencing weather systems, forming characteristics, action mechanism of the five aspects of the comprehensive analysis, and discusses the characteristics of rainstorm hazard exists, by law, six effective defense measures and countermeasures are put forward so as to early warning and monitoring, urban rainstorm effect of flood control and disaster reduction.更多还原
