【摘要】 利用驻马店市1975-2014年39年来的降水资料和台风年鉴资料,确定台风致洪暴雨过程和台风致洪暴雨日标准,进行台风致洪暴雨的气候特征分析,探讨其发生发展的成因规律,寻求出台风天气系统所引起致洪暴雨的主要成因及形成台风致洪暴雨的机理特征,研究台风致洪暴雨的影响系统、环流形势场、天气尺度与地理、地形、水库河道胡泊相互制约作用的关系,从而总结提出了4项行之有效的台风致洪暴雨防洪减灾措施,已在气象、水利、水文、地质灾害监测预警预报和防汛减灾决策服务工作中得到广泛的应用。更多还原
