【摘要】 科学技术普及是社会公益性事业,在建设创新型国家、全面建成小康社会进程中发挥着基础性、先导性作用,作为公共文化设施一部分的科普基础设施以及面向全社会开展的科普活动等全社会可共享的科普资源,既为公民接受终生教育提供了机会,也体现着政府基本公共服务均等化原则。本文在查阅大量资料的基础上,从公共管理视角,结合多年从事科普工作的实践,分析了我国科学技术普及的现状,并从明确科普社会定位、营造科普良好社会环境、提升科普能力等3个方面进行了思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The popularization of science, which is a public welfare cause, has played an important fundamental and guiding role in constructing innovative country and comprehensive ’well-off society’. The popularization of Science’s infrastructure, as a part of public cultural facilities that carry out among citizens, has not only presented some life-long education opportunities, but also embodies the government’s principle of equal public services with the popularization of science’s activities and other resources. After consulting much information, this essay analyzes the situation of the popularization of science in China by the perspective of public management and several years of working experience. Furthermore, it analyzes 3 questions about clearing the social position, a fine social environment and ability enhancement of the popularization of Science work.更多还原
