【摘要】 江苏靖江地区村镇民居大多为上世纪八、九十年代修建,由于建设年代久远并且大部分未经过正规设计和施工,急需进行抗震鉴定,对江苏靖江地区某空斗墙民房的鉴定过程进行了介绍,提出了针对空斗墙民房的抗震鉴定方法,并对此类空斗墙民房的加固方案进行了讨论,指出可利用水泥砂浆钢筋网加固墙面的同时增设钢筋砖圈梁,为类似工程提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 The seismic appraisal process of cavity wall building in Jingjiang area of Jiangsu province is introduced.A seismic appraisal method of cavity wall buildings is proposed.The strengthening methods for cavity are building are also discussed.Finally,it is pointed out that the cavity wall house can be strengthened with steel meshed cement mortar and reinforced brick ring beam,so as to serve as a basic reference for similar projects.更多还原
