复合保温混凝土砌块砌体抗压性能试验研究

【摘要】 村镇住宅低成本复合保温砌块具有保温、隔热、节约资源、节能、寿命长、造价低等优点,符合墙体材料的改革方向.通过对54个试件进行了砌块砌体的抗压试验,研究其受压破坏过程和破坏特征,提出了村镇住宅低成本复合保温砌块砌体抗压强度计算公式,并探讨了薄层砂浆对砌块砌体抗压强度的影响.
【Abstract】 The low-cost compound insulation block for rural residences has the advantages of heat preservation,heat insulation,resources saving,energy saving,long service life and low cost and conforms to the development direction of wall materials.Compression tests of block masonry for 54 specimens are conducted.The failure characteristics and failure process of masonry are studied.A formula for calculating average compressive strength of masonry is put forward.The influence of thin mortar joint on shear strength of block masonry is discussed.
