复合保温混凝土砌块墙体抗压性能试验研究

【摘要】 复合保温混凝土砌块对于建筑节能有着重要的意义,本次试验研究为该砌块墙体提供了工程设计理论基础.通过不同类型的混凝土砌块墙体的受压试验,分析了该复合保温混凝土砌块墙体的受压破坏特征,得出外墙砌块的保温和保护层部分在受压工作时能参与墙体受力,并对其贡献进行研究分析,提出该混凝土砌块墙体受压极限承载力的计算公式,验证了现行砌体结构设计规范公式可用于该混凝土砌块墙体的受压承载力的计算.

【Abstract】 Composite insulation concrete block masonry has important implications for building energy saving.The experimental study provides an engineering design theoretical basis for composite insulation concrete block masonry.Through the experimental study of composite insulation concrete block masonry wall compression performance with different structual types,the failure characteristics of composite insuation concrete block masonry wall are analyzed;it is concluded that the block masonry wall thermal insulation and cover part can participate in the wall stress in compression work;its contribution is analyzed.Finally,a concrete block wall pressure calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity is proposed.The masonry structure design code is verified that it can be used for calculating compression bearing capacity of composite insulation concrete block wall.
