【摘要】 通过对脱硫石膏聚苯颗粒轻质隔墙板的制作方法、抗弯性能、抗冲击性能以及墙体的吊挂力试验,分析了墙板的挠度、开裂弯矩以及受弯破坏形态等,并对墙板的抗冲击性能、吊挂力进行了讨论。结果表明:墙板的各项性能指标均满足相关规范要求。且该墙板质量轻、施工速度快,安装方便,具有很高的推广前景和实际工程应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental research on the lightweight partition board of desulfurization gypsum polystyrene particles,which include production methods,bending resistance,impact resistance performance and wall hanging force of the board.The wall deflection,crack bending moment,and bending failure pattern is analysised.The calculation formula between flexural bearing capacity and deflection are put forward.And the wallboard shock resistance,hanging force are discussed.The results show that various performance indexes of the wall board can meet the relevant specification requirements.The wall board has light quality,fast construction speed,convenient installation.So it has the very high promotion prospects and practical engineering application value.更多还原
