大型液压传动布料器无料钟的性能测试与分析
Performance Test and Analysis of Large Hydraulic Charging Equipment without Bell in BF Top

【摘要】 本文针对大型液压传动布料器无料钟的主体结构,在冷态及热态下运行状态下,具体就布料器的曲柄、万向框架、溜槽花键和顶盖等主要承力部件进行应变测试,考虑不同溜槽倾角下的周期性条件为:40°→174;35°→174;30°→174;25°→174;20°→174;15°→174;10°→174;5°→174;40°,实时获得测试点应变的变化规律。对于高炉布料器关键部位的耳轴及轴套进行磨损预测,首先保障真实磨程的前提下,进行加速实验,并找到加速条件下的磨损关系,同时对高炉布料器中的耳轴与轴套的受力状态进行分析,基于模拟仿真,最后对高炉布料器中的耳轴与轴套的磨损状况进行评价。
【Abstract】 For the large hydraulic charging equipment without bell in BF top, under cold state and hot state running state, the paper tested the specific strain varying of crank, universal framework, chute spline, and the top main cover parts, considering different chute angle under the periodic condition: 40°→174;35°→174;30°→174;25°→174;20°→174;15°→174;10°→174;5°→174;40°,to obtain the real-time strain varying rule of test points. For blast furnace charging equipment, the wear of the key positions in contact couple of ear shaft and shaft sleeve was predicted. Under the premise of guaranting real wearing distance, the accelerated wear was tested, and the rule was found. Based on the accelerated wear rule, the numerical simulation, the wear state of large hydraulic charging equipment was evaluated.
