CO-H2还原浮氏体的竞争行为研究

【摘要】 本研究以浮氏体还原为对象,采用热重法实验研究在850℃下,三种不同还原气氛下的还原机理,由此初步探索CO-H2间的竞争行为。通过计算分析不同气体组成下,浮氏体还原转化率在0.10.5范围内的经验机理函数幂指数n和类化学速率常数的均值k*,结合两种气体混合还原反应的速率与两种气体分别进行还原的速率的关系,获得以下结论:本实验条件下浮氏体的还原遵守三维随机成核随后成长机理;在转化率0.10.5之间,随着转化率的升高,三种还原气体组成下浮氏体的还原速率均呈增加的趋势,并且在各个还原度水平下,CO气体的还原速率最慢,CO-H2混合气体的还原速率最快但要小于CO与H2单一成分还原速率的线性加和,H2气体的还原速率则介于两者之间。
【Abstract】 To explore competitive behavior of wustite reduction by CO-H2 initially, the reduction reaction of the wustitebased on TGAunder the temperature at 850℃ and three different gas compositions.Based on exponent n of mechanism function and the average value of based chemical rate constant k*, the relationship between the rate of using two gas mixed reductions and the rate of reduction of the two gases used respectively are analyzed. The results show that: Under the experimental conditions, the reaction is subject to random nucleation followed by growth of three-dimensional.When the conversion rate increases from 0.1 to 0.5, the reduction rate of all are increasing.While under each of conversion the reduction of CO is the slowest, the mixed gas is the fastest and the reduction rate of H2 is between them.
