铜合金水平电磁连续铸造的研究
Study on the Horizontal Electromagnetic Continuous Casting of Copper Alloy

【摘要】 研究和实施了电磁场在铜合金棒、铜及铜合金管和铜合金板带坯水平连续铸造中的应用,获得了高质量的铸坯。例如,采用非真空水平电磁连续铸造的高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr铸坯制备的高铁用接触导线的平均拉强度610 MPa,导电率79.85%IACS,批量应用于京沪高铁,2010年10月3日在京沪高铁线通过了最高运营时速486.1公里的实验。
【Abstract】 The in this paper, the application of electromagnetic field on the horizontal electromagnetic continuous casting of Cu and Cu alloys was studied, which were prepared in different shapes, e.g. the rods, pipes, plates and strips, with a result of obtaining the high-quality ingots. The high strength and high conductivity Cu Cr Zr contact wires of high-speed railway, made by horizontal electromagnetic continuous casting under non vacuum atmosphere, possessed average tensile strength o f 610 MPa and conductivity of 79.85 %IACS. They had been widely used in Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. The cont act wires were successfully passed the experiment of the highest operating speed of 486.1 km/h in the Beijing-Shanghai hig h-speed railway on October 3, 2010.
