高铝TRIP钢结晶器保护渣反应性研究

【摘要】 为减弱高铝TRIP钢浇铸过程中渣-钢反应,从调节保护渣Al2O3/SiO2及MnO含量进行热力学和高温渣-钢平衡研究,结果表明:提高渣中Al2O3/SiO2比值可明显降低渣-钢反应性,反应前后成分及物性稳定,由0.16增至2.08,ΔG开始时变化显著,至1.18时趋于稳定;保护渣中加入MnO>1.5%后,可在一定程度上保护SiO2,但反应后保护炸毁保护渣黏度仍然显著增大,故MnO的加入对保护渣反应性的改善效果较小。
【Abstract】 To weaken the reactivity of mold fluxes for Al-TRIP steel,changes of ratio of Al2O3/SiO2 and MnO content were studied. The results showed that the reactivity sharply reduced with the increasing of Al2O3/SiO2 ratio and the composition and physicochemical properties changedminor. When it changed from 0.16 to 2.08, the ΔG had a significant change until it reached 1.18. The addition of MnO(>1.5%) could protect SiO2 in the slag to a certain extent. However, the viscosity of the slag after steel-slag interfacial reaction would still increase obviously. So the addition of MnO played a small role in weakening the reactivity of mold fluxes.
