碳钢的阳极极化过程研究

【摘要】 用线性电位扫描法研究了碳钢在不同浓度电解质条件下的阳极极化过程,再进一步用恒电位法、恒电流法分别研究了碳钢在不同浓度电解质条件下电解行为。发现碳钢阳极极化过程依次经历活化区、钝化区、过钝化区及极限区,不存在活化-钝化过渡区;在过钝化区电极表面发生析氧反应,使得阳极电流呈指数增加;当阳极电流达到最大值后开始降低并最终稳定在某个范围内,电极表面进入极限区,除继续发生析氧反应外,还会发生基体溶解反应,并在电极表面覆盖大量氧化产物;进一步分析发现,电解质浓度越低,电位越高,基体溶解反应越容易进行,而极限区的存在是由于OH-离子存在浓度极限。
【Abstract】 Anodic polarization process of carbon steel in solution was studied by linear potential scan.Electrolysis behavior was also analyzed under differential electrolyte concentration and differential electric potential or current by electrolysis at constant potential or current. They were found that anodic polarization process of carbon steel in solution included activated region, passive region, transpassive region, and terminal region except of transition zone between activated and passive. In transpassive region, oxygen evolution reaction which caused that anodic current increased sharply occurred on the electrode surface. Besides oxygen evolution reaction, dissolution reaction of matrix would start whose oxidation products covered on the surface in terminal region. Anodic current decreased, then come to be steady after reaching the peak by the effect of overburden. Furher research showed that dissolution reaction of matrix occurred easily when the solution concentration was low and anodic electric potential was high, and OH-concentration limit cause the existing of terminal region.
