高炉软熔带内铁矿石初渣生成行为研究

【摘要】 本研究通过试验模拟高炉冶炼条件,采用"历程中断法"试验研究了五种典型铁矿石的初渣生成行为。试验结果表明,酸性铁矿石的初渣在较低温度下即开始生成,且疏松块矿的初渣开始生成温度最低;碱性铁矿石的初渣在较高温度下才开始生成,且烧结矿的初渣开始生成温度显著高于自熔性球团矿;酸性铁矿石的初渣完全生成温度则介于烧结矿与自熔性球团矿之间。酸性铁矿石软熔带下沿初渣主要以Fe O、Si O2、Al2O3为主,矿物主要是高熔点的莫来石,因而使得其初渣黏度较高,在试验过程中发生了明显的液泛现象;碱性铁矿石软熔带下沿初渣则以Ca O、Si O2为主,自熔性球团矿初渣矿物以黄长石为主,而烧结矿初渣含有较多的硅酸二钙,碱性铁矿石软熔带下沿初渣黏度均低于酸性铁矿石,其初渣生成过程未发生明显的液泛现象。

【Abstract】 By simulating the blast furnace smelting condition, a process-interruption experimental method was used to study the primary-slags formation behaviors of five different respective iron ores. The results shows that primary-slags of acidic iron ore are generating in low temperature, and the primary-slags generation temperature of loose lump is the lowest. Alkaline iron ores primary-slags are generating in high temperature, the generation beginning temperature of sinters is higher than fluxed pellets obviously. The generation completing temperature of loose iron ores are between sinters and fluxed pellets. The loose iron ores primary-slags composition is mainly contain Fe O, Si O2 and Al2O3, and the main part of mineral composition is mullite with high melting point, causing higher primary-slags viscosity, flooding phenomena can be found easily during experiment. The alkaline iron ores primary composition is mainly contain Ca O and Si O2, the mineral composition is melilite in fluxed pellets primary-slags and dicalcium silicate in sinters primary-slags. Flooding phenomena was not obviously during experiment.
