基于加工图的高硅钢温轧制工艺的研究

【摘要】 通过热模拟实验研究高硅钢在变形温度400~650℃,应变速率0.001~10s-1下的中温塑性,作出其流变应力本构方程,得到其平均变形激活能Q=446.05k J/mol,同时绘制出应变为0.2和0.3时的加工图。从图上可以看出,在620~650℃、应变速率5~10s-1时,处于加工图上的峰值区,功率耗散率达0.23,具备最佳的加工条件。进一步观察压缩试样的显微组织以及通过实验室温轧验证,确定在此工艺参数组合下能够得到板形良好、无裂纹的温轧板。

【Abstract】 The hot deformation behaviors of High silicon steel have been studied by hot compression test at 400~650℃and at the strain rates of 0.001~10s-1. The peak flow stress during hot compression was modeled by a hyperbolic sine constitutive equation and an average deformation activation energy of 446.05 k J/mol was calculated. The processing map of strain 0.2 & 0.3 were analyzed according to the dynamic materials model. The results showed that the optimal deformation processing parameters were the temperature range of 620~650℃ and the strain rate range of 5~10s-1, with a peak efficiency of power dissipation of 0.23. Furthermore, the deformed microstructures were observed, and the process was validated by warm-rolling. High silicon steel with the thickness of 0.52 mm, bright surface, few edge cracks can be successfully fabricated under the combination of process parameters.
