还原条件对气基还原中球团金属化率的影响

【摘要】 在实验室条件下进行了氧化球团气基直接还原试验,研究了还原温度、还原时间和还原气氛对气基直接还原金属化率及还原产品海绵铁抗压强度的影响。结果表明,随着混合气体中H2含量的增加,球团金属化率先升高后趋于稳定;在甲烷配加量不超过25%时,一定程度上能够提高球团的金属化率;温度低于1 050℃,球团金属化率较高,有利于焦炉煤气对球团的还原;还原温度达到950℃,还原时间达到30 min,球团金属化率可温度维持在90%以上。还原产品海绵铁的抗压强度随着还原温度的提高呈现先降低后增加的趋势,模拟气为还原气时在1050℃达到最低值,而焦炉煤气为还原气时最低值为1 000℃。同时,随着还原气中H2和甲烷含量的增加,球团的抗压强度逐渐降低。

【Abstract】 The gas-based direct reduction of oxidized pellets is researched in laboratory.The influence factors on the metallization rate of pellets and compressive strength of DRI is discussed,which include reduction temperature,reduction time and the composition of reduction gas.The results show that with the increase of the H2 content in mixed gas,metallization rate of pellets is rised at first and then tended to be stable;When the proportion of methane is no more than 25%,it can improve the metallization rate of pellets to a certain extent;It is advantageous to the reduction of coke oven gas to pellets when the temperature is below 1 050 ℃;As the reduction temperature reached 950 ℃,the reduction time up to 30 min,pellets metallization rate can be maintained at more than 90%.The compressive strength of DRI is reduced after increasing at first with the reduction temperature increases,when simulating gas for reducing gas,the lowest temperature of compressive strength is at 1 050 ℃,the coke oven gas as reducing gas the minimum temperature is 1 000 ℃.At the same time,along with the increase of the content of H2 and methane in the reduction gas,the compressive strength of pellets is gradually reduced.
