Ti含量对Q460级矿用救生舱用钢的组织性能的影响

【摘要】 利用光学显微镜、电子背散射衍射、透射电镜、能谱分析和拉伸试验等方法对三种不同Ti含量的铁素体基高Ti微合金救生舱用钢的组织、析出相和力学性能进行了研究,结果表明:铁素体基高Ti微合金高强钢以铁素体为基体,基体内存在两种尺寸差别较大的析出粒子,大部分是尺寸小于10 nm的Ti的碳化物析出相,呈球形,主要以团簇状分布,另一种是少量的100-200 nm的析出粒子;三种铁素体高Ti微合金钢的室温屈服强度均能达到460 Mpa以上,高温屈服强度均能达到30 MPa,在500℃拉伸试验后三种钢高温屈服强度均达到其对应的室温屈服强度值的60%,其中Ti含量为0.12%的3#钢最高,达到69%。

【Abstract】 The Organization,precipitated phase,and mechanical properties of ferrite matrix high Ti micro alloyed steel for Refuge Alternative plate with three different Ti contents were studied by SEM、EBSD、TEM、EDS and Tensile test.Experimental results indicated that there were two kinds of particles with obvious different sizes in the matrix of ferrite Ti mirco-alloyed steels,most of them were nanometer sized paticles,which were smaller than 10 nm,the composition of these particles was compound carbonitride of Ti.These particles precipitated in dispersed or clusters;Tensile experimental at room temperature of the marrite of ferrite matrix high Ti micro-alloy steel can reach 460 MPa,and that at high temperature can resach 307 MPa,the yield strength at 500 ℃ remained above the yield strength at room temperature60%.The best combination of strength and toughness was obtained from the steel with 0.12wt%Ti,which was the most suitable as Refuge Alternative plate.
