退火时间对双辊薄带连铸3%Si无取向硅钢再结晶组织、织构及磁性能的影响
Effects of Cold Rolling Means on Recrystallization Textures of 3%Si Non-oriented Silicon Steels Produced by Twin-Roll Strip Casting

【摘要】 利用EBSD及磁性检测分析技术研究了退火时间对双辊铸轧3%Si无取向硅钢再结晶组织、织构及磁性能的影响。研究表明,3%Si无取向硅钢孕育期短,再结晶速度快,其再结晶过程分为回复、再结晶、快速长大、缓慢长大与再次长大五个阶段。再次长大阶段晶粒尺寸明显增大,但完成再次长大需要在1 000℃保温10 min以上。退火时间对织构的形成也有一定的影响,短时间退火对立方及高斯织构的形成有利。
【Abstract】 The effects of annealing temperature on recrystallization microstructure and textures and magnetic property of3%Si non-oriented silicon steels have been researched in this paper by EBSD and magnetic property analysis techniques.Research shows that incubation period of 3%Si non-oriented silicon steels is short and recrystallization speed is fast.The process of recrystallization can be divided into five stages containing recovery,recrystallization,rapid growth,slow growth and regrowth.The grain size grow up obviously in the regrowth period,but it is needed at 1 000 ℃ and preservation more than 10 minutes to start regrowth.Annealing time has an effect on texture formation,short annealing time is good for the production of cubic and Goss textures.
