超快冷条件下的轧后冷却温度高精度控制方法

【摘要】 超快冷是目前轧制领域的一项前沿技术,可以在降低合金元素含量的条件下,以较低的成本生产高性能的产品。轧后冷却区增设超快冷设备后,控制目标增加,控制难度加大。本文针对典型的轧后超快冷布置方式,开发了配套的轧后冷却控制系统,并详细阐述了超快冷条件下,提高轧后冷却温度控制精度的几项关键技术。本文研究成果已成功应用于多条热轧带钢生产线,应用效果良好。
【Abstract】 Ultra-fast cooling is an advanced technology in hot rolling for the development of low-cost and high-performance steels.The temperature control becomes more difficult after mounting ultra-fast cooling equipment on the run-out table,because more processing objective must be controlled accurately.In the study,a cooling controlled system for typical ultra-fast cooling arrangement is developed,and several key technologies to improve temperature control precision for ultra-fast cooling are elaborated.The developed system has been applied successfully in multiple production lines with high accuracy.
